OUR TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT


  • Rates may be subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted by EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer, credit card (Visa,Mastercard,Amex) and/or cash
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, within 24h.
  • Cancellation before 14 days of arrival – 50% of deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 7-14 days of arrival – full deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of a no-show or an early departure for any reason, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date.
  • Only cancellations advised in writing will be entertained.
